 1. CUT THE ROULETTE; GLUE ON A RIGID CARDBOARD; THEN LAMINATE AS NEEDED;
 2. MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE (USE A HOLE);
 3. CUT THE ARROW, (PAGE 3), THEN LAMINATE AND HOLE IT;
 4. TO FINISH, JOIN THE WHOLE WITH A TIE
 PARISIENNE SO THAT THE ARROWS CAN TURN.
